the new year

If I had to describe 2017 in one word it would be roller coaster. I had a lot of ups and some downs. I shared many laughs and cried some painful tears. I made new friends and got closer with old friends. And I learned a lot about myself.

Many people think that all of the celebration about the new year is pointless, but to me it's a chance to start fresh. We should all take advantage of the new year and make the most of it. Everything I've always said I wanted to do, or wanted to be, I want to do in 2018.

2017 was a pretty big year for me. I became an 8th grader (last year of middle school), turned 14, started thinking about high school (I'm going to make another blog about this), and became an overall stronger person. I'm just glad that 2017 is over, to be honest.

2018 is a very big year for me for one main reason, high school. High school is some people's best four years, and some people's worst nightmare, but I have no idea how my high school experience will be. It's gonna be a lot to get used to, but I'm sure I'll get used to it

I just realized that this is my firs blog of 2018 and I think this was a good choice for the first blog of the year. I hope everyone reading this has an awesome 2018!

The movie I'm going to be reviewing is Wonder. I read this book in 5th grade and I loved it. I think I read it in 1 or 2 days. When I found out that Wonder was going to be turned into a movie I was super excited because I really wanted to see what it would be like as a movie. Would the movie live up to the book's standards? I had to wait and see. We saw the Wonder movie as a school field trip. This was probably one of my favorite field trips because it was an amazing movie! Childhood Memory

My favorite TV show growing up was Hannah Montana. To this day I still know all the lyrics to every song and I still love watching it. I remember my mom got me a Hannah Montana wig and I thought I was super cool and I wore it all the time. If you've ever seen Hannah Montana, then you probably remember how awesome Miley's closet was. It was filled with cute clothes, shoes, and makeup. I wanted that closet more than anything (I still do). Seeing all of that stuff in her closet turned me into a girly girl, and now as I'm almost 14 I can definitely say that I am a girly girl. Hannah Montana is the best show ever!!

  I really like those quote because I truly believe it is true.  In all of my experiences everything has worked out in the end. Whenever I am going through a hard time a just remember this quote and it calms me down.   To me, this quote is very motivational. It helps me remember that anything you can dream, you can achieve!
